Fruit & Cereal Brunch Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Total cereal
1 c Orange juice
1/4 c Oil
1 Egg
2 sm Bananas — thinly sliced
1 1/2 c Flour
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Raisins
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt

TOPPING
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Nuts — chopped
1/4 c Flour
1/4 c Margarine — softened
1/2 ts Cinnamon

Heat oven to 350. Mix streusel topping and set aside. Grease square
8″ pan. Mix cereal and orange juice in large bowl; let stand about 2
minutes or until soft. Mix in oil, egg and bananas. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake about 45 minutes.
Sprinkle topping over warm cake. Set oven control to broil. Broil
cake with top about 5″ from heat about 1 minute or until bubbly.
Watch carefully to prevent burning.
