1 c + 2T Water
2 1/4 c White bread flour
3/4 c Rye flour
2 1/2 tb Sugar
1 1/4 ts Salt
1 1/4 tb Butter
1 tb Cornmeal
1/2 tb Caraway seeds
2 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
– or –
3 ts Yeast, active dry
