Louisburg Cafe Bread Pudding

Ingrients & Directions


6 Eggs, beaten
6 c Milk
3/4 c Sugar
1 c Raisins
12 c Broken bread or rolls or
-doughnuts

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Blend in pieces of bread,
rolls, or doughnuts. Pour mixture into a 13″ x 9″ x 2″ baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.
