6 oz Can (3/4 cup) frozen orange
-juice concentrate, thawed
2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 ts *each* baking soda, salt
1/2 c *each* shortening, milk
2 Eggs
1 c Raisins
1/3 c Chopped nuts
Topping:
1/3 c Sugar
1/4 c Chopped walnuts
1 ts Cinnamon

Grease & flour bottom of 13×9 inch pan.
Combine 1/2 cup of the orange juice concentrate with remaining
ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend at lowest speed until just
blended. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake at
350~ for 40-45 minutes.
Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl.
Drizzle remaining orange juice concentrate over warm cake; sprinkle
with toppping.
