Peach Pie Alaska

Ingrients & Directions


3 oz Package peach gelatin 1 c Diced, fresh peaches
(Jello brand) 3 1/2 c Cool Whip topping, thawed
2/3 c Boling water 1 9 inch deep dish pie shell,
1 c Vanilla ice cream Baked and cooled

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir
until melted and smooth. Blend in whipped topping and fruit. Chill
if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill
about 3 hours or freeze until firm. Randy Rigg
