Red Pepper Noodle Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 pk Thai style rice vermicelli
2 Roasted red bell peppers
-pureed
1 Pinches salt
1 Pinches black pepper
1 tb Sesame oil

Cook vermicelli according to package directions. Drain and cool. Mix in
roasted red pepper, salt, pepper and sesame oil until noodles are well
coated. Heat oiled pan and press noodles in evenly to fill pan. Brown on
one side, flip over and brown on the other side. Place in a 400 degree oven
for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and serve.

Yield: 4 servings
