Strawberry Bread

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Flour 1 ts Gr. cinnamon
2 c Sugar 4 Eggs, beaten
1 ts Baking soda 1 1/4 c Veg. oil
1 ts Salt 1 1/4 lb Strawberries, thawed and cho

Combine first 5 ingred. in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Combine remaining ingred; add to the dry ingred., stirring til well
combined. Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool in pans about 10 minutes; remove from pans,
and let cool completely on wire racks. Yield: 2 loaves. Lisa/Cedar Rapids
