Ida Painter’s French Coconut Pie

Ingrients & Directions


3 Eggs — beaten 1 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Sugar 1 c Coconut
1/2 c Margarine — melted 1 9 Inch Pie Shell — unbaked
1 tb Vinegar

Combine ingredients in order given and pour into pie shell. Bake in
preheated 350 F oven for 40 to 45 mins or until set. Makes 4 to 6
servings.
