1 pk (4-serv) Strawberry jello
-gelatin
2/3 c Boiling water
1/2 c Cold water
Ice cubes
3 1/2 c Cool whip topping, thawed
1 c Strawberries, hulled and
-sliced
1 pk 9-inch graham cracker crumb
-crust, cooled
Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice
cubes to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly
thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Using wire whisk, blend in whipped
topping. Fold in berries. Chill until mixture mounds. Spoon into pie crust.
Chill about 2 hours. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired.
