Lobster Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 lb Lobster meat; cut to
-bite-size
3 tb Melted butter
1 c Ritz cracker crumbs
4 tb Lobster tomalley; (optional)
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Salt
1 ds Tabasco; (to taste)
Paprika

Place lobster meat in bottom of 1 qt. casserole and sprinkle with paprika.
Mix cracker crumbs, tomalley, worcestershire sauce, salt, and butter. Cover
lobster with this mixture and bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes, or
until top is golden brown. Serves 2.
