1 cn (16 oz.) pumpkin puree
1 Evaporated (12 oz.) skim
-milk
3/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Egg whites
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/4 ts Allspice
2 ts Vanilla extract, pure
From Healthy Cooking-
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl or food processor.
Place in pie crust and bake in oven until pie is firm, about 25 minutes.
