1 c Chopped onions
1 tb Chopped pimento
1 tb Chopped bell pepper
1/2 c Oil
1 c Buttermilk
1 c Cream-style corn
2 Eggs
1 ds Sugar
1/2 ts Ground red pepper
1/4 -(up to)
1/2 lb Sharp cheese; grated
2 ts Garlic salt
Mix all ingredients & bake in hot, greased skillet at 350 for 1 hour.
