Mexican Cornbread #06

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Butter
1 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1 cn (4-oz) diced green chilies
1 cn (16-oz) creamed corn
1/2 c Grated jack cheese
1/2 c Grated cheddar cheese
1 c Flour
1 c Corn meal
4 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt

Preheat oven to 350?. Mix butteer, sugar, eggs. Add chilies and corn. Mix
ingredients together, add to creamed ingredients. Then add cheese and mix.
Grease and flour an 8x12x2 pan. Reduce heat to 300? and bake for 1 hour.
