1 pk Yeast
2 1/2 c Bread flour
4 ts Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 tb Nonfat milk powder
4 ts Applesauce; unsweetened (see
-note)
1 tb Poppy seeds
1 tb Sesame seeds
325 cc Water
Recipe By: Reggie Dwork. Put all ingredients into pan in order given. Use
the nonfat milk as powder – do not reconstitute. I select the thin crust
and start the machine.
NOTE: I use applesauce to reduce the fat content. Standard recipe uses 4
tsp butter or margarine.
