3 c Flour
1 pk Dry yeast
1 c Water
1 tb Sugar
2 tb Olive oil

2 c Fresh spinach leaves
1 c Sliced mushrooms
1 c Shredded mozzarella
2 Italian sausages – cooked
-and cut
1 c Tomato sauce
1/4 c Grated romano
1/4 c Grated parmesan
1 Tomato – sliced
8 Fresh basil leaves
Directions: Bread – Combine ingredients in bread machine. Knead the
dough and let rise. Cut dough in half. Roll each piece to size of pan.
Pizza – In a deep dish pizza pan place the rolled out dough. Layer
spinach, mushrooms, sausage and half of the mozzarella. Place the
remaining piece of dough on top and spread with the tomato sauce.
Sprinkle all remaining cheese and layer tomato and basil on top. Bake
at 500 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until golden.
