Ingrients & Directions
2 tb Caster sugar
1 Loaf brioche
1 ts Ground cinnamon
Grated zest of 1 orange
3 Eggs
1/4 pt Milk
1/4 pt Cream
1 Vanilla pod – seeds only
Splash of Grand Marnier
4 oz Butter
Make a batter with the milk, cream, eggs, sugar, orange zest, vanilla
and Grand Marnier.
Slice the brioche 11/2″ thick and allow to soak in the batter.
Gently heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan and fry the brioche
slices gently until golden brown on both sides.
Remove and serve immediately with custard or ice cream.
