Ingrients & Directions


1 md California Bartlett pear;
-peeled, diced
1 ts Lemon juice
1/4 ts Lemon peel
1/2 c Crushed ice
2 Eggs
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1 ds Nutmeg
3 oz Frozen apple juice
-concentrate; undiluted,
-defrosted (half 6 oz. can)
3/4 c Milk

Whirl pears, lemon juice and lemon peel in blender until smooth. Add
crushed ice, eggs, spices and apple juice concen- trate; whirl. While
blender is running, add milk and whirl until foamy. Makes 2 breakfast
drinks.
