1 1/2 c Flour
3/4 c Butter, melted
3/4 c Pecans or walnuts, chopped
8 oz Cream cheese
1 c Powdered sugar
8 oz Whipping topping
2 sm Packages chocolate instant
-pudding mix
3 c Cold milk
Chopped pecans for garnish
Mix well the flour, butter and 3/4 cup chopped pecans. Press with fingers
in 9x13x2-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 375. Cool all day or 1/2 hour in
refrigerator.
For filling: Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in half carton
whipping topping. Spread over crust and chill. Blend the pudding mixes with
the cold milk, beating 2 minutes. Spread over the chream cheese layer.
Spread with remaining whipping topping. Garnish with chopped nuts. Chill.
