White Chocolate Toasted Almond Fudge

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 pk (12 oz) vanilla milk chips
-(3 cups)
2 c Mini marshmallows or 16
-large ones cut in half
1 c Sweetened condensed milk
1/2 ts Almond extract
1 c Toasted almonds (whole)
1/2 c Dried cherries or chopped
-dried apricots

Grease 9x9x2 inch pan. Heat chips, marshmallows and condensed milk over
medium heat until melted and stirred smooth. Stir in extract, almonds, and
fruit. Immediately pour into pan. Cover and refridgerate 4 hours or until
firm.
