1 tb Butter
2 sl Day old white bread.
Chop bread into tiny cubes.
Melt butter in a heavy pan, add cubes, stir fry till cubes are evenly
coated and are golden brown and crisp.
Drain on kitchen paper if desired, cool and store in airtight
container is intended for later use.
To microwave use same procedure, but apply less butter and microwave
on high for 3 minutes. Toss in between once or twice, to let cooking
be even.
