Ingrients & Directions


1 c Packed brown sugar
3/4 c Butter or margarine; softene
1 Egg
2 tb Milk
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Maraschino cherries; well dr
1/2 c Pecans; chopped
1/2 c Flaked coconut

Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME In a large mixing bowl, cream brown sugar,
butter, egg, milk and vanilla. Combine flour, salt and baking soda,
gradually add to creamed mixture. Fold in cherries, pecans and
coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at
375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
