Ingrients & Directions
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Sugar
1/3 c Canola oil (you could
-probably use any other
-oil, but they said this
-was the healthiest one to
-use)
1 1/2 ts Skim milk (could probably
-use 2 percent or regular)
for a 9″ crust
Place all ingredients in pie plate. Mix with fingers. Press into plate
bottom & sides. Use as you would any other pie pastry.
