2 ea Avocados, mashed
2 pk Taco Seasonings (Ortega)
3 ea Chopped Tomatoes
1 ea Bunch chopped scallions
1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Mayonaise
1 c Sour Cream
1 c Mayonnaise
3/4 c Monterey Jack Cheese
3/4 c Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cn Sliced Black Olives
Shred cheese and mix together. Mash avacados with 1 TBS lemon juice
and 1 TBS mayonaise. Mix Taxo mix with sour cream and 1 C.
mayonaise. Mix cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses together. Put in
layers, starting at bottom of dish. Serves 20. Recipe may be halved.
Serve in a flat dish, such as a 9″ pie plate.
