Ingrients & Directions


1 lb Crab meat — picked over
1 Egg
1 tb (heaping) mayonnaise
1 tb Dry mustard — (scant coffee
Spoon)
2 tb Cracker crumbs
2/3 c Parsley — chopped
1/2 ts Salt
Black pepper

Mix crabmeat, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper and salt. Pat with bread
crumbs and parsley. Brown in skillet. Serve hot or cold. Makes 4 patties
and left overs are great made into sandwiches.
