Magic Pumpkin Pie

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Pumpkin
1 1/3 c Sweetened condensed milk
1 Egg
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Ginger
3/4 ts Cinnamon
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Blend all ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Pour into unbaked pie
shell. Bake at 375 for 50-55 minutes or until set. Cool. Refrigerate 1 hour
before serving.
