Makes-own-crust Custard Pie

Ingrients & Directions


3 Eggs
1 cn (13-oz) evaporated milk
1 c Sugar
3 tb Flour
3 tb Melted butter
Nutmeg to taste

Grease and flour 9-inch glass pie pan. Combine all ingredients in blender
container; blend 30 seconds. Pour into pie pan and bake at 350 for 40-45
minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
