Maple-nut Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 1/2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
3 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 Egg, well beaten
1 c Milk
3/4 ts Maple syrup
1 c Chopped nuts

Sift together dry ingredients, add milk, egg, and syrup. Mix only
until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in nuts. Pour into well
greased loaf pan. Let stand 20 minutes. Bake 1 hour at 350 F.
