CAKE
2 c Flour
1 c Graham cracker crumbs
1 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c Sugar
1 t Baking powder
1 t Baking soda
1 t Salt
1/2 t Cinnamon
1 c Butter, softened
1 c Orange juice
1 T Grated orange peel
3 Eggs
1 c Chopped nuts
-GLAZE-
2 T Brown sugar
5 t Milk
1 T Butter
3/4 c Powdered sugar
1/4 c Chopped nuts
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and flour 12-c bundt pan
or 10-inch tube pan. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level
off. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients except nuts; beat 3
minutes at medium speed.
