1 c Quick Quaker Oats; Uncooked
1/3 c Finely Chopped Nuts
1/3 c Packed Brown Sugar
4 tb Butter; Melted
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1. Combine all ingredients, mix well. 2. Press onto bottom and sides of
very lightly oiled 9″ pan. 3. Bake in a preheated 375 oven for 8 to 10
minutes or until golden brown. 4. Cool, chill or freeze as filling
requires.
NOTES : Variation: Substitute 1/3 quick Quaker oats, wheat germ or
unprocessed bran for nuts.
