Paula’s Lifestyle Mocha Cream Pie

Ingrients & Directions


2 pk JELL-O sugar-free instant
-chocolate; (4-serving)
; pudding mix
1 1/3 c Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk
-Powder*
1 ts Dry instant coffee crystals
2 1/4 c Water*
1 Keebler chocolate pie crust;
-(6-ounce)
2/3 c Cool Whip Free
2 tb Mini chocolate chips; (1/2
-ounce)

In a large bowl, combine 1 package dry pudding mix, 2/3 cup dry milk
powder, dry coffee crystals, and 1 1/4 cups water. Mix well using a wire
whisk. Pour mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate while preparing topping. In
same bowl, combine remaining package of dry pudding mix, remaining 2/3 cup
dry milk powder, and remaining 1 cup water. Mix well using a wire whisk.
Blend in Cool Whip Free. Spread topping mixture evenly over set filling.
Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Cut into 8 servings.
