Wheat Bran Bread Abm

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Buttermilk
1 1/2 c Bread flour
1/2 c Oatbran
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Salt
2 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Butter
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast

Put ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by manufacturer. Use
whole wheat setting if machine has that option.

Deb’s notes: Good and fairly light for a wheat bread.
