Ingrients & Directions


Small Loaf:; (Large Loaf):
2 1/2 tb Water; (5 T)
1/3 c Cottage Cheese; (2/3 C)
1 tb Butter Or Margarine; (2 T)
1/2 c Blueberries; (1 C)
1 1/3 tb Sugar; (2 2/3 T)
1 ts Salt; (2 T)
2/3 c Cornmeal; Blue Or Yellow,

1 1/3 C
1 1/3 c Bread Flour; (2 2/3 C)
1 ts Yeast; (2 1/2 T)

medium loaf:
1/4 c water
1/2 c cottage cheese
1 1/2 T butter or margarine
3/4 c blueberries
2 T sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c blue or yellow cornmeal
2 c bread flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast
