medium loaf:
1/4 c water
1/2 c cottage cheese
1 1/2 T butter or margarine
3/4 c blueberries
2 T sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c blue or yellow cornmeal
2 c bread flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast
