Ingrients & Directions


2 1/2 ts Yeast; (7G)
3 c Bread Flour; (450G)
1 ts Salt; (5G)
1 1/2 ts Sugar; (4G)
1 1/2 ts Butter; (5g)
1 1/2 c Water

** originally 7 g (1.5 tsp) salt and 360 g (1.5 + 2 tbsp) water, which is
excessive (too much water = loaf too dense)
