Ingrients & Directions


1 1/4 c Milk 1 1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Unsalted butter 2 ts Ground ginger
6 tb Brown sugar 3/4 ts Ground cinnamon
2 1/4 ts Active dry yeast 1/4 ts Nutmeg
2 2/3 c Bread flour 1/4 ts Ground cloves
3/4 c Rye flour

Scald the milk. Stir in the butter and brown sugar. Let cool to room
temp. Add the milk mixture and all remaining ingredients in the order
suggested by the manual. Bake on basic bread setting.
