1 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Uncooked oatmeal
1/4 c Light brown sugar, packed
1/2 c Butter
4 Eggs
3/4 c Honey
1 c Roasted Oregon hazelnuts
-(coarsely chopped)
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Light brown sugar packed
1 tb Flour
Combine first three ingredients; cut in butter with pastry blender
until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture into greased
12x8x2-inch pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Beat eggs slightly; add
remaining ingredients, blend well. Pour over partially baked crust.
Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Cool to room temperature and cut
into bars.
