Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Sugar
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
2 Eggs
2 cn (11 1/2 oz) mandarin oranges

TOPPING
3/4 c Brown sugar
2 tb Butter
3 tb Milk

beat all ingredients for at least 4 minutes by hand. pour into greased and
floured 9×13 inch pan. bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

in the meantime, bring brown sugar, milk and butter to boil. pour over hot
cake as soon as it comes from the oven. when cool, serve with whipped
topping, if desired. very simple and very good
