Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Chocolate chips 1/4 c Brown sugar
2 1/4 ts Active dry yeast 1 1/2 ts Salt
3 c Bread flour 1/2 c Peanut butter
3 tb Wheat germ 1 1/4 c Water
3 tb Powdered milk

Freeze the chocolate chips. Add all ingredients except chocolate
chips in the order suggested by your manual. Bake on the raisin
bread setting. At the beeper add half of the chocolate chips. When
the bread is done, remove the bread from the machine and let cool for
1/2 hour. Melt the remaining chocolate chips in microwave and pour
over the bread and let it dribble down the sides.
