Pecan Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 9-inch pie crust
3 Eggs
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Corn syrup
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 c Pecans; broken

Preheat oven to 450 Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 10 minutes, and reduce temperature to 350, bake another 35
minutes.
