1 lb Fine cornmeal
1 tb Salt
1 pn Baking soda
1 Egg
1 tb Sugar
Stir, adding water, to thick consistency. Drop in deep fat by
teaspoonfuls. Cook in temperature of 375 degrees. Serves 6. Piedmont
