1 ea /34 c flour or bread flour 1/2 c Egg Beaters
2 t Baking powder 1 c Packed brown sugar*
1/2 t Cinnamon 1/3 c Liquid butter buds or
1/4 t Cloves -Promise Ultra fatfree
1/4 t Lite salt, optional -margarine
1/4 c Oat bran 1 1/2 c Mashed ripe bananas (3md)
*OR 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 teaspoons Sweet ‘n Low brown Preheat
oven to 350F. spray a 9 x 5″ loaf pan with Pam. Sift flour, baking
powder, cinnamon, cloves and lite slat into a medium size bowl. Stir
in oat bran; set aside. In another medium bowl, beat together Egg
Beaters, brown sugar and liquid Butter Buds; add bananas. Add dry
ingredients to banana mixture. Beat until just combined. Pour into
prepared loaf pan. Bake in oven for 50 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool
on wire rack. Per sugar serving: 133 cal., 0.6g fat, 0mg chol., 1g
fiber, 3g pro., 30g carb., 93mg sod. Per S&L serving: 109 cal., 24g
