2 c Brown sugar
2 ts Baking powder
2 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Oil
4 Eggs
3 c Grated carrots
1 c Chopped pecans or walnuts

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Add oil and mix thoroughly. Add eggs,
one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Blend in carrots and
pecans. Pour into greased 9×13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 45
minutes.
