Ingrients & Directions


2 1/2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1 1/4 c Oil
1/3 c Milk
2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt (optional)
4 x Eggs
3 c Carrots ;finely grated (6)
1 c Walnuts ;chopped

325 degree oven. Grease 10 in. tube pan in a large bowl measure first
9 ingredients with mixer at low speed. Increase to high speed and mix
for 5 min., scrape bowl. Stir in carrots and nuts. Pour into pan.
Bake 1 hr 10 min. then remove from pan ~–
