Catskill Mountain Jalapeno French Bread

Ingrients & Directions


-DONNA CELEIRO (DGSK75A)
7 oz Water
1 tb Butter/margarine
1/2 c Jalapeno cheese; shredded
1/4 c Jalapeno peppers; chopped
2 1/4 c Bread flour
-(“Better for Bread”)
2 ts Salt
2 ts Sugar
2 tb Sesame seeds; or more
2 ts Active dry yeast
-(Red Star is best)

I use “El Rio Jalapeno strips” for this bread.

Use French/crusty mode; otherwise; standard/white bread mode.
