Cookie Crust

Ingrients & Directions


8 oz Cookies
1/4 c Sugar
3/4 Stick Butter; melted

Chop cookies in a blender or food processor. Eight ounces will yield
about 2 cups of cookie crumbs. Pour crumbs in a bowl, and mix with
sugar. Blend in 3/4 stick of melted butter. Press into a
well-buttered pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees, or cover with
plastic wrap and chill until ready to bake. Spoon in filling.
