Hawaiian Flours Lemon, Poppy Seed, Sour Cream Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Bread flour 2 tb Oil
1 c All Purpose flour 2 tb Poppy seeds
1 c Lemon Cake Mix 1 lg Egg
1/2 c Whole wheat flour 1/3 c Sour cream
3 tb Gluten flour 1 c Water
3 tb Sugar 1/4 c Liquid–3T lemon juice
2 ts Yeast Plus water.

Add ingredients in accordance with ABM guidelines. Makes a moist and
sweet loaf suitable for breakfast or desert.
