Ingrients & Directions


-INGREDIENTS-
8 c Plain Flour -Powder
2 ts Salt Shortening
8 Heaping Teaspoons Baking

Sift flour and baking powder together, add just enough water to make a
dough. Knead about 3 minuets. Pinch off enough dough to make a round
patty, flatten with hand and punch a hole in center. Drop in skillet
of hot shortening and fry until light brown, turning once. Remove,
drain on paper towels. (Can be served with honey or jelly).
