10 Saltine crackers; crumbed
1 tb Mayo
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Parsley flakes
1 tb Baking powder
1 ts Old Bay seasoning
1/4 ts Salt
1 Egg; beaten
1 lb Crab meat

Remove shells from crab meat and place crab meat in a large bowl. Add the
remaining ingredients. Shape into small cakes. Fry or broil until golden
brown.
