Mccutcheon’s Jelly Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Margarine
1 c Sugar
5 Egg yolks; beaten
5 Egg whites; whipped til
-stiff
1 c Mccutcheon’s preserves or
-jelly
Or fruit spread
1 Single pie crust

Cream together margarine and sugar. Add well beaten egg yolks. Fold in
whipped egg whites then fold in jelly. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350
until set. Chill and top with whipped topping and fresh fruit if desired
