Olive Pizza Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk Hot roll mix — OR 1/2 ts Dried basil leaves —
1 cn Refrigerated pizza crust Crushed
1 cn Pizza sauce 1/3 c Parmesan cheese — grated
2 tb Vegetable oil 1 1/2 c Ripe olives — sliced
1 Clove garlic — minced 1/4 c Parsley — minced
1/2 ts Dried oregano — crushed

Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions to form dough.
Pat dough into greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Make deep
indentations in dough at 1 inch intervals with finger. Let rise
covered, in a warm place until doubled, about 45 minutes. Preheat
oven to 450 F. Mix pizza sauce, oil, garlic, oregano and basil in
small bowl. Spread 1/2 of sauce mixture on top of dough; sprinkle
with cheese. Bake 8 minutes. Sprinkle olives over partially baked
dough; drizzle with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake 5
minutes longer or until edges are light brown. Cut into 3×5 inch
rectangles. Serve hot. Can be frozen. Reheat in 350 F oven for 25
minutes.
