Ingrients & Directions
3/4 c Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 c All-purpose Flour
3/4 c Oat Bran
2 tb Sugar
1 tb Baking Powder
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
2 tb Oil
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Buttermilk
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl (I like to use the big 8 cup Tupperware
measuring “cup”). Add the wet ingredients and stir well. As the batter
sits it will get thicker, so add additional buttermilk or regular milk to
get a consistency you prefer. If you’ve made pancakes before then you know
how to do the rest: Pour about 1/4 cup onto a hot griddle; turn when the
top is bubbly and serve with butter or margarine and maple syrup.
